Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee of a warehouse shall apply to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
