Surrender of certificate.—Every travel agent who ceases to carry on the business of a travel agent shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every conservation plan held by him has been disposed of.
