Application for registration.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit carrying on reconnaissance operations shall make an application for registration to the Director of Mines and Geology in Form A, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every royalty receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
