Intimation of change.—Every employer of foreigners shall intimate to the Protector of Emigrants, in Form D and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Protector of Emigrants shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
