Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee who ceases to carry on the administration of the Fund shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
