Surrender of certificate.—Every commissioner appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the taking of evidence on commission shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the High Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every process held by him has been disposed of.
