Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the Public Information Officer shall apply to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
