Fees.—The fee of five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Labour Commissioner by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form VIII; and the Labour Commissioner shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ten days of its receipt.
