Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of a math who ceases to carry on the management of a math shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every lease of trust property held by him has been disposed of.
