Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a private market shall apply to the Town Planning Authority in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Town Planning Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
