Surrender of certificate.—Every mediator who ceases to carry on the conduct of mediation shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Arbitration Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every arbitration agreement held by him has been disposed of.
