Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the holding of assets by a dormant company is carried on, the particulars of every register of charges held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form ADT-1, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
