Intimation of change.—Every dormant company shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies, in Form INC-22 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Companies shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
