Surrender of certificate.—Every dormant company who ceases to carry on the holding of assets by a dormant company shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form MGT-7 of the manner in which every share held by him has been disposed of.
