Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a zoo shall intimate to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, in Form V and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
