Surrender of certificate.—Every lessor of immovable property who ceases to carry on the granting of leases shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every instrument held by him has been disposed of.
