Intimation of change.—Every publisher of an official notice shall intimate to the Review Committee, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Review Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
