Application for registration.—Every principal employer carrying on the engagement of employees through an immediate employer shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form 5, within forty-two days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every identity card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-two days from that date.
