Intimation of change.—Every foreman of a chit shall intimate to the Registrar of Warehouses, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Warehouses shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
