Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the user of the national emblem shall apply to the Nodal Authority in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Nodal Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
