Surrender of certificate.—Every foreigner who ceases to carry on residence in India shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the passport authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every employment contract held by him has been disposed of.
