Surrender of certificate.—Every complainant who ceases to carry on the making of complaints shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every certified copy held by him has been disposed of.
