Application for registration.—Every employer carrying on the employment of workmen shall make an application for registration to the appropriate Government in Form VI, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
