Application for registration.—Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application for registration to the Charity Commissioner in Form F, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every scheme held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
