Production of records.—Every operator of a rice mill in a village shall, on request by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zila Parishad, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the running of a rice mill in a village is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any register of buildings not held at those premises.
