Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a composite licence who ceases to carry on the working of a composite licence shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Mining Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every sample of ore held by him has been disposed of.
