Application for registration.—Every registered proprietor of a design carrying on the application of a registered design shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in Form 18, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every work held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
