Application for registration.—Every Lok Adalat organiser carrying on the organisation of a Lok Adalat shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of arbitrators held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
