Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a building in a village dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Zila Parishad in Form 3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every village map then held; and the Zila Parishad shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
