Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of liquor who ceases to carry on the import of liquor into the State shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
