Surrender of certificate.—Every trading licensee who ceases to carry on the trading of electricity shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every supply line held by him has been disposed of.
