Safe custody.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall keep every arbitration agreement to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert is carried on, shall record in Form B the description of every arbitration agreement so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Designated Court within sixty days of the close of each year.
