Periodical returns.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall furnish to the Designated Court, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a return in Form C of the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
