Surrender of certificate.—Every cable landing station operator who ceases to carry on the operation of a cable landing station shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every interconnection agreement held by him has been disposed of.
