Application for registration.—Every Lok Adalat organiser carrying on the organisation of a Lok Adalat shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of the Council in Form G, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every mediated settlement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
