Surrender of certificate.—Every valuer appointed by the court who ceases to carry on the valuation of property for the court shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Legal Services Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every register of suits held by him has been disposed of.
