Maintenance of premises.—Every valuer appointed by the court shall keep the premises where the valuation of property for the court is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every affidavit kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the valuation of property for the court, and shall furnish to the Legal Services Authority in Form E, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
