Surrender of certificate.—Every port authority who ceases to carry on the working of a port shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Ships in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every berth held by him has been disposed of.
