Application for registration.—Every hereditary trustee carrying on the hereditary management of a temple shall make an application for registration to the Charity Commissioner in Form H, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every scheme held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
