Surrender of certificate.—Every broadcaster of election advertisements who ceases to carry on the broadcasting of election advertisements shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Electoral Registration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 26 of the manner in which every affidavit of a candidate held by him has been disposed of.
