Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Commission in the custody of the Deputy Director of Education, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Commission; and where the Deputy Director of Education having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form B within thirty days of the succession.
