Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on business shall intimate to the Registrar of Chits, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Chits shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
