Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Maharashtra Fiscal Responsibility and Budgetary Management Act, 2005 (Maharashtra Act 15 of 2005); (b) "grantee" means a person carrying on the receipt of grants; (c) "register of contracts" means a register of contracts received, held or disposed of by a grantee in the course of the receipt of grants; (d) "Form GFR 41" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
