Intimation of change.—Every exempted establishment shall intimate to the Controlling Authority, in Form 2 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controlling Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
