Safe custody.—Every operator of a critical information infrastructure shall keep every computer resource to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of critical information infrastructure is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every computer resource so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Data Protection Board within thirty days of the close of each year.
