Safe custody.—Every third party administrator shall keep every statement of claims to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the servicing of health insurance policies is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-7 the description of every statement of claims so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Maharashtra within sixty days of the close of each year.
