Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a level crossing road who ceases to carry on the maintenance of a level crossing shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Metro Railway Administration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every wagon held by him has been disposed of.
