Intimation of change.—Every landlord letting premises to foreigners shall intimate to the civil authority, in Form X and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the civil authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
