Intimation of change.—Every certifying authority shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form G and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
