Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the certifying authority shall apply to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
